Raw Material and Processing
Our oat products are manufactured from pre-selected, sound oats grown in the Western Canadian Prairie provinces.

The oats are carefully sized and dehulled with the objective of producing the highest number of whole oat groats.
The groats are sized, toasted, and steamed to deactivate enzymes before further processing.

Shelf Life and Storage
Oat Flour Packaging Shelf Life: Six months if stored in a cool, dry area.
