Roxy & Rich Sangria Red Cocoa Butter (2oz) from the Artist Collection makes an impact by adding bright, matte color to your chocolate creations. The bright tones of Roxy and Rich cocoa butter means amazing color and endless possibilities for your creations! The Artist collection cocoa butters are made of fat-dispersible colors. This cocoa butter can be utilized via airbrush, painted, used in a chocolate mold, or applied directly on molded chocolate.
Available in a variety of attractive, pre-tempered colors with a beautiful matte finish.
Ingredients: Cocoa butter and one or more of the following FD&C Lakes: Blue1(E133), Blue2(E132), Red40(E129), Yellow5(E102), Yellow6(E110), and/or TI02(E171).
Dietary Notes: 100% Edible*, Nut-free, Lactose-free, Vegan, Gluten-free.
To Use: Warm in increments to 95F/35C. Shake well. May need to be re-tempered.
