Roxy & Rich Aquamarine Cocoa Butter (2oz) from the Gemstone Collection adds beautiful color and sparkle to your chocolate creations. The bright tones of Roxy and Rich cocoa butter add shimmer and pops of color! The Gemstone collection cocoa butters are made of fat-dispersible colors and shimmering powder. This cocoa butter can be utilized via airbrush, painted, used in a chocolate mold, or applied directly on molded chocolate.
Available in a variety of attractive, pre-tempered colors with a beautiful sparkle finish.
Ingredients: Cocoa butter, mica (E555, E171), and one or more of the following FD&C Lakes: Blue1(E133), Blue2(E132), Red40(129), Yellow5(E102), Yellow6(E110), and/or TI02(E171.
Dietary Notes: 100% Edible*, Nut-free, Lactose-free, Vegan, Gluten-free.
To Use: Warm in increments to 95F/35C. Shake well. May need to be re-tempered.
