Peugeot’s Isen collection includes this manual pepper mill with a black wooden body and a touch of shiny metal with the handle and u’Select control ring. With the invention and patent in 2004 of Peugeot’s u’Select feature to adjust the grind, you can select from six grind settings, from very fine to coarse, without guessing the result. Simply turn the control ring at the base of the mill to choose your desired grind. The beechwood of the body originated in PEFC forests and has been turned and painted with great care in their Franche-Comte workshops. The steel mechanism is also produced there and comes with a lifetime guarantee.
