Description

Lestrain, from the innovative DreamFarm company, has a unique straining head with an integrated reservoir to catch and collect drips.  It features fine slots to handle such tasks as shallow frying dumplings as well as scooping and  draining pasta and vegetables.   The specially designed handle allows the scoop to sit up off the counter and the reservoir will catch and collect drips to help keep your counter clean.   The large, flexible head easily scoops from the bottom of pans and serves.  Scoop there it is.
