Join Jenny Jensen, the Pie Lady, for a hands-on pie class where we’ll make Raspberry Coconut Cream Pie with a dreamy Nilla wafer cookie crust.
Jenny will teach you how to make the perfect cookie crust that holds together beautifully, what to look for to know if your pudding has cooked long enough to set up, and how to stabilize whipped cream.
You’ll make your own pie from scratch and take it home in a glass pie plate (yours to keep!). Whether you’re a confident baker or a total pie newbie, you’ll leave with new skills, a delicious pie, and the confidence to recreate it at home.
