Come experience the joy of a hands-on gourmet chocolate class. This class will be led by John Neil, a professional chocolatier from Cache Valley, Utah. Get the very best pro tips for dipping/enrobing confections and decorating your molded chocolates to take your home made chocolates to the next level. You’ll end with a box of your dipped and decorated confections. Plus, take home your own mold for your chocolate adventures!
