The Classic 7″ Santoku Hollow Edge knife is a cross between the tradtional butcher knife and a European Chef’s knife. It will split, dice, slice and chop meats, vegetables and fruit. The hollow edge design will create air pockets so the food you are slicing doesn’t stick.
