- For bright colors, add a little bright-white icing color to your tinted icing; for pure, bright white, add it to your favorite buttercream or Snow White frosting recipe (all shortening buttercream recipe)
- Use individually or mix with other icing colors to achieve new shades
- To use: Apply a small amount of bright-white food coloring to your icing or buttercream; mix to incorporate
