Description
This attachment for the Ascent or Venturist motor base turns your Vitamix into a large-capacity, full-feature food processor. Food prep is simplified with the ability to chop, dice and slice. Using the Vitamix SELF-DETECT technology (found in Ascent and Venturist motor bases), simply stack the base, work bowl, and lid; snap them together and it’s ready for use. BPA free and dishwasher-safe (except the SELF-DETECT base).

Includes:
- Multi-Use Blade: Finely chop, mince, knead, and mix ingredients.
- Small Shred/Thin Slice Disc: Finely shred and create thin slices of ingredients with this reversible disc.
- SELF-DETECT® Wireless Safety System: The Food Processor Attachment uses our patented, wireless SELF-DETECT® technology (found in Ascent® and Venturist® motor bases) to automatically shut off if not safely assembled.
- Stack, Snap, and Go: Rather than a complicated twist-lock mechanism, simply stack the SELF-DETECT® base, work bowl, and lid, snap them together, and you’re ready to go.
- Convenient Storage: Easily converted into a compact, self-contained storage mode, and comes with an additional Stack and Store™ Disc Case.
- BPA Free & Dishwasher Safe: Dishwasher-safe (except the SELF-DETECT® base) and is made of BPA-free Eastman Tritan™.
- Food Chutes & Pushers: Small and large food chutes and food pushers can handle almost any ingredient.
