Description

Small-batch chocolate from a New York maker that takes flavor seriously and itself less so. Single-origin cacao folded with the kind of inclusions that read like a dinner-party guest list. Italian olive oil and flaked salt. Meyer lemon and poppyseed. Bar snacks made of pretzel, peanut, sesame, dried fruit. A cherry chunky for the late hour.

The bars are short, square, and meant to be broken. Each one closer to a small composition than a candy.
