The Staub Vertical Roaster is cleverly designed to help you roast chicken and other poultry in a vertical position with a heat conductor in the center, a cast iron cone. This allows a crispy brown exterior and a perfectly cooked interior at the same time, with air circulating around the bird. The chicken drippings will fall into the bottom, which is large enough to handle a side dish like tomatoes, niçoise olives and potatoes.
