The Perfect Pan from Staub is shaped very much like a wok, but with a slightly flattened center bottom. It’s versatile enough for braising and Sauteing, as well as stir-frying on the stove top and casseroles in the oven. The enameled cast-iron construction means it heats evenly and retains the heat, allowing a beautiful service piece at the table that keeps food hot until dinner is served. Its 4.5 quart capacity and wide angled shape gives plenty of room to toss and stir without spilling over the edge. This beautiful pan is made in France in a Staub’s range of enamel colors and is oven safe to 500ºF.
