Description
Chicos has a delightful smoky flavor that is uniquely Southwestern and is delicious with beans or cooked alone. Chicos is made by steaming whole ears of corn in the husk and then horno-toasting the kernels unlike posole, which consists of hulled corn kernels that have been stripped of their bran and germ. Our Chicos come whole, dried, and tinned for freshness.
At the Santa Fe School of Cooking we only use the finest chiles, herbs, and spices from Mexico and New Mexico!
