Pojer e Sandri crafts their White Wine Vinegar using a blend of local Dolomiti white grape varietals such as Riesling, Kerner, Incrocio Manzoni, Sauvignon, and Pinto Bianco. The resulting vinegar features aromatic floral notes of elderflower blossoms, acacia, and citrus zest, grounded by strong mineral notes that harken to the Dolomites’ famous volcanic cliffs.
