A pure paste created from the encounter between three different varieties of pistachio, which together offer a perfectly balanced unique flavor.
The product is able to reach a green, light brown color without the presence of any artificial colors resulting in a gelato with the characteristic aromatic notes of roasted pistachio.
Shelf Life: 24 months if kept in undamaged, original packaging.
