Pastry 1 Raw Spanish Almond Paste 50% is the most flavorful and aromatic almond paste you can use. For production of items such as petite-fours, macarons, biscuits, croissants, and cakes. This is a raw product, so it needs to be used in cooked applications.
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68-72 F, 20-22 C); keep in an airtight container after opening.
Ingredients: Almonds (50%), sugar, glycerol, dextrose, bitter almonds, sorbitol.
