The traditional, scallop-edged Porcelain 5-Inch Oval Crème Brulee Dish features a shallow 1-Inch depth to promote an even, curdle-free cooking of custard. In addition to crème brulee, the dish can be used as a panna cotta, crème caramel or flan dish, and as a gratin dish, casserole or quiche dish. Porcelain is oven, broiler, microwave, freezer and dishwasher safe.
