This traditional, scallop edged porcelain oval creme brulee dish features a shallow 1 inch depth to promote an even, curdle free cooking of custard. Measures 5″ x 1″. Made from glazed fine white porcelain. Safe for use in the oven, broiler, microwave and freezer. Dishwasher safe.
