Our Raw Organic Cacao Beans are sourced primarily from the Dominican Republic. After harvesting, the beans are cleaned and then air roasted.They then move to a winnower machine that partially crushes the beans and removes the outer shell.Our Organic Cacao Nibs are also Fair Trade Certified as our supplier has gone to great lengths to ensure the highest quality product available.
