Our Organic Mediterranean Oregano and it is harvested in Turkey.Oregano is one of the few herbs that actually have a more potent flavor when dried. Depending on its origins Oregano’s flavor can be strong and robust or a bit mild. Mexican Oregano tends to be more robust in flavor with a darker color.Mediterranean Oregano is milder and sweeter than Mexican Oregano with an aroma similar to Marjoram that is a bit pungent and lemony while the flavor is a bit bitter and herbaceous with floral notes.
