Use this pan by Ooni to bake authentic thick, crispy Detroit-style pizza in your Ooni (or your own oven). Detroit-style pizza has been popular since it was first created in the 1940’s. It has a distinct shape, a thick fluffy base, and a crispy, golden cheese crust (“frico”). This specialized pan balances a traditional design with modern technology. It has 75 degree angled sides and a dual-process, non-stick PizzaProtect finish which makes lifting the pizza out of the pan easy and clean-up a breeze. It will also bake fluffy focaccias and other types of deep-dish pizza. The brushed stainless steel lid comes in handy for proofing dough and protecting toppings during baking.
