Description
Place on top of pie crust before baking, leave on pie throughout cooking time. Allows pie to rise in the middle, to prevent spillage and crust from burning. Fits pies from 9.5″ – 10″/24cm – 25.5cm. Made of aluminum. Pie crust shield is reusable. Hand washing is recommended.
