The flexible chain design is easier to place, adjust, and remove that individual loose ceramic pie eights, beads, or baking beans. Perfect for blind baking crusts for cream, custard, and fruit pies. Simply line the pie crust with parchment paper, then place the chain in a spiral from the center to the edge, and bake. Allow to cool completely before removing.
