Harvested in Ácula, Granada, Andalucía, Spain in mid-November, Molino features a remarkably low free acidity of less than 0.1%. This Picual olive oil reveals inviting aromas of banana and fresh tomato, followed by a balanced cayenne pepper finish on the palate.
It performs beautifully for sautéing, frying, and poaching, yet truly shines when drizzled over tomato-based dishes, bitter and robust salad greens, grilled meats, salmon, and pasta.
