These delicious tart shells are made of high-quality ingredients, including real butter, and are sturdy enough to hold heavy fillings while still keeping their crunch. Fill with pastry cream, fruit and fruit mixtures, chocolate ganache, frangipane, mousse, and more. These bite-size tarts are a great addition to a buffet display or as a passed dessert, and get the benefit of time and cost savings over preparing tart shells from scratch.
