The secret of these bases is the steviol glicosydes from the stevia plant, a new and revolutionary natural sweetener that, unlike other sugar substitutes on the market, has no side effects.
With a sweetening power up to 270 times greater than sucrose, and no calories, steviol glicosydes from the stevia have been used for many centuries in South America. Steviol glycosides have now reached Europe, and MEC3 is the first company to launch its use in the gelato sector. Developed for gelatos made with only fresh fruit.
TRANSFORMATION:
Pulpy fruit: 1 packet (1.05 kg) + 2 kg fruit + 1 litre water.
Lemon: 1 packet (1.05 kg) + 1.013 kg lemon juice + 1.9871 litres water.
Orange: 1 packet (1.05 kg) + 2.55 kg orange juice + 0.45 litres water.
