The Magic Line 10″ Bottom Plate/Disc is made with durable commercial-quality, heavy duty 16 gauge aluminum construction allows for even baking.Used by Professionals and quality conscious home bakers. This Plate/Disc can be used by itself as a transfer plate/disc for cake tiers or used in the bottom of the removeable bottom cheesecake pans.

Please note that the Magic Line Pans are manufactured for commercial use and will likely have scratches inside and outside from the manufacturer. These scratches will not affect the quality of the pan or how it bakes.
