As its name implies, Butter Vanilla baking & flavoring emulsion has the rich taste of creamy butter and vanilla.
Use it in place of vanilla extract to impart a rich, buttery vanilla taste to cakes, cookies, frostings & sweet breads.
1 teaspoon extract = 1 teaspoon emulsion
