Our Guava Filling is a ready-to-use paste. This filling is a popular sweet jam used in the Caribbean and Spain. The Guava Filling makes it easy to use as a spread or to fill desserts. This filling is also bake stable.
INTENDED USE
Filling for Pastries and spread for Cheesecake.
ALLERGENS
None of the eight major food allergens including egg, fish, milk, soy, wheat, peanuts, tree nuts, and shellfish.
STORAGE & SHELF SPACE
Keep refrigerated once opened. Shelf life is 12 months. Store in a cool dry place always.
INGREDIENTS
Natural Guava Pulp, Cane Sugar, Corn Syrup, Corn Starch,
Ascorbic Acid (VITAMIN C), Citric Acid, Agar-Agar, Sodium Bicarbonate, Potassium Sorbate, Red #40 and Natural Flavors.
