Simply place a lifter into your Dutch oven with the tabs over the pan sides, add the shaped dough for its second rise, cover the pan with the lid leaving the tabs over the sides, and bake according to the recipe. When finished baking, use the tabs to lift the loaf out of the pan. Cool the liner completely before cleaning. Made of European-grade silicone and natural glass fibers with sealed edges, It distributes heat evenly, has the same non-stick properties as standard silicone but is even more durable, maintaining its non-stick qualities even longer. Use only plastic utensils and press gently to avoid scoring the liner. Avoid contact with direct heat, such as cooktops and hot plates.
