The blade is exceptionally sharp with a 16-degree edge and the hammered tsuchime finish of the blade helps to release food. The contoured POM handle is securely riveted to the full-tang blade for a sturdy and comfortable grip and superior cutting control.
The Pro line offers professional level performance with high-carbon Japanese AUS6M stainless steel finished to a 16° blade on each side for quick, easy cutting.
