Under the guidance of our expert instructor, you’ll dive into the world of fresh dough preparation, learning the nuances of texture and “the knead.” We’ll explore two distinct styles: a classic ribbon pasta and the pillowy, cloud-like texture of Ricotta Gnocchi—a foolproof alternative to the traditional potato version.
Beyond the dough, you’ll learn to build sophisticated, seasonal sauces that highlight fresh produce and high-quality proteins. From the earthy richness of mushrooms and sweet corn to a robust Mediterranean-style Tuna Ragu, you’ll leave with the confidence to toss, sauce, and serve like a pro.
