Irca Reno X Fondente Dark Chocolate 54% (11 lb) has a full-bodied, fruity flavor with a perfect balance of sweetness and bitterness. With its mid-range fluidity and toasted cocoa flavor, it is versatile and great for many confectionery uses, including mousse, ice cream, ganache, cream fillings, nougat, cremino, decorations, and gelato, but can also be used in preparing bonbons, enrobing, bars, and pralines and more.
