Description
Apricot Glaze for coating pastries with a beautiful, shiny, slightly-amber glaze with light apricot flavor. Use on pies, danish, croissants, and more.
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68 – 72F, 20 – 22C); keep out of direct sunlight and closed air tight.
Ingredients: Sugar, water, glucose syrup, apricot puree from concentrate (9.9%), pectin, citric acid, vegetable oils (coconut, palm), sodium citrate, calcium citrate, potassium sorbate, beta carotene in soy oil, flavoring.
Additional Notes: Pasteurized.
Applications:For bottom coating.
Directions:Use hot or cold. Do not stir in pail.
