Silver Cloud’s Green Tea Extract, Natural WONF captures the subtle flavor of freshly brewed green tea. One teaspoon of this flavor is sufficient for your typical cake or cookie recipe. In other food applications we recommend a starting use level of 0.20% to 0.40% and adjust to taste.
