Low relative sweetness, medium viscosity, medium freezing point depression. Acts as a bodying agent and prevents lactose crystallization. Determined by the USP42 Method. Viscosity 6,000 mPa.s. derived from corn. It is a purified and concentrated aqueous solution of food saccharide. 80 g carbohydrates. Balance of carbohydrate (42g) is derived from complex sugars.
