The 5” Santoku with a straighter edge is perfect for cutting, chopping, and mincing vegetables as well as slicing thin-boned and boneless meats, fish and vegetables. The 3.5” paring knife is great for hand peeling, precision cutting, slicing and detail cuts.
Each blade is constructed of a single piece of the finest stainless steel called CROMOVA 18 (Chromium, Molybdenum and Vanadium), designed exclusively for Global. They are ice tempered and hardened to Rockwell C56-C58 degrees to hold the razor-sharp edge of the blade longer than any other steel. The ergonomic, hygienic handles feature a signature dimple pattern for a comfortable, slip-resistant grip. Hollow handles are filled with sand to achieve the desired weight and deliver the perfect balance – giving you optimal control.
Hand wash these knives with warm water and mild dish soap after use. Dry with a soft cloth or towel. Do not place in the dishwasher as this may damage your knives.
