Fante’s Cousin Donatella’s Cannoli Forms

Description

These cannoli forms easily create authentic homemade pastry shells, with the ideal shape for making cannoli.  Just roll out the pastry dough, cut into circles, wrap them around the cannoli forms and carefully lower the forms into hot oil to cook.  Allow the forms to cool completely before removing the shells and filling them with cannoli cream.  Use these forms to make cannoli shells, cream horns, lady locks, and other desserts that use puff pastry and phyllo dough.
