With a half turn of the ergonomic handle, the wires twist into 3 forms – the mini balloon whisk for whipping, a sauce whisk for shallow liquids and gravy, and a flat whisk suitable for scrambling eggs. When flat, it stores easily in a drawer without tangling with other tools. Mini Flisk’s wires are made from high-vibration spring steel offering maximum aeration efficiency and are hygienically sealed in the handle. The Mini Flisk is a great 9” size for smaller jobs, fitting easily into a mug or glass for mixing beverages. Dishwasher safe, just twist it into a flat whisk, scrape off excess, and place in the dishwasher.
