Use slice drum for carrots, celery, radishes, potatoes, onions, cheese. Coarse grating for carrots, cabbage, cucumber, celery, potatoes, fruit and the fine drum for hard cheese, almonds, hazelnuts, chocolate and making bread crumbs.
The vacuum base holds it securely onto any smooth surface.
