Raging River was created as a salmon seasoning, but has become a truly all-purpose seasoning. It has a mild heat level and flavors of maple sugar, black and green peppercorns as well as an array of mouthwatering herbs. It works just as well on pork and poultry as salmon. It is slightly tangy, very well balanced, and mildly citrussy and herby, making it their most versatile seasoning – add it to veggies, seafood, and more.
