Decorum Orange Cocoa Butter Velvet Spray adds a beautiful matte, velvet-like coating to display pieces & desserts like mousse, cakes, ice cream, and more.
This product can only be shipped using ground shipping methods due to its contents being under pressure.
Ingredients: Cocoa butter, n-butane, propane, iso-butane, FD&C Yellow 6 (color), titanium dioxide (color).
Dietary Notes: May contain traces of soy and milk.
Preparation: Shake well and keep the product at room temperature (around 77F/25C) for at least two hours before using.
Applications: To color and decorate cold food surfaces, desserts, and/or mousses and semifreddo.
Directions: Shake can before use. From about 8 inches away, spray a thin and homogeneous layer of velvet spray on the surface of the product. Wait at least one hour before consuming. After use, turn spray can upside down and spray for a few seconds to clear nozzle. Clean nozzle with hot water after use or if product isn’t spraying evenly.
Storage Conditions: At room temperature. Protect from sunlight and do not expose to temperature exceeding 122F/50C.
Maximum Dosage: 20.0% by weight of final product.
