Choco Sheen Bulk Pallet: 36 – 40 lb Pails
Preparation Instructions: Heat to 125 – 145 F in a double boiler or earober. Cool to 120 – 130 F for desired thickness of coating on the baked product. Product to be coated should be at room temperature.
