Use Celebakes violet gel color for cake decorating, cookie decorating and more. Use this concentrated food coloring for dying frosting, icing, whipped toppings, fondant, cake batter, cookie dough and more. COUNT: one tube in the size of your choice, 20g tube or 8.5oz tube
INGREDIENTS: Sugar, Water, Glycerine, Modified Corn Starch, Citric Acid, Xanthan Gum, Potassium Sorbate (Preservative), Sodium Benzoate (Preservative), Red 3, Blue 1.
NOTE: This is a water based food coloring and should not be used in chocolate or candy melts.
INFO: Directions: To add color, simply squeeze tube to allow the drops to flow into your batter, frosting or fondant. For a darker hue, add more drops. Made in the USA. Do not refrigerate. Store at room temperature away from direct sunlight. Certified Kosher Pareve.
TIP: Color will vary depending on how much dye you use. Start with a little and add more until you get the desired results. Some colors will darken as they set up. We usually dye frosting a little ahead a time so it can rest for a bit before using them and to double check that the color is the right shade.
