We use a flat-bottom brew basket to achieve this volume, and we recommend always brewing the full amount to achieve the best results. Our double-walled, stainless steel thermal carafe will keep coffee hot for up to an hour – or even longer with the included Travel Lid.
Copper boiling element rapidly heats the water to a brewing temperature of 196°F – 205°F and automatically shuts off when the water reservoir is empty. The flat bottom brew basket steeps the coffee grounds, extracting the coffee’s full flavor. Makes a full carafe in 6 – 7 minutes.
