Callebaut Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Gianduja 30% (11lb x 5) is a delicious and rich mixture of Callebaut dark chocolate and pure, medium roasted hazelnut paste. It’s semi-solid texture makes it easy to cut and use in a variety of confections, enrobe with chocolate, or melt for flavoring other mixtures.

Composition: 70% Chocolate, 30% Hazelnuts, 47% Sugar
Ingredients: sugar, hazelnuts, cocoa mass, cocoa butter, emulsifier:soya lecithin. May contain: Almonds.
Storage Conditions: Dry and cool (68 – 72F, 20 – 22C); keep out of direct sunlight and sealed air-tight after opening.
Applications: Primarily used as a flavoring.
Directions: Typically melted and then incorporated into a mixture.
