Description
The pear puree of Les vergers Boiron is made from an ancient variety, the Williams Pear. It is primarily grown in the Drôme des Collines, at an altitude of 600m, where the climate is favorable. The harvest is done by hand in August.
This puree contains aromatic notes of other orchard fruits (such as apple), dry notes reminiscent of green tea, and caramelized hints. Its grainy texture in the mouth reveals the characteristic seeds of the pear.
