Amifruit Confit Lemon Peel is slowly candied in sugar syrup for preserved fruit with great flavor, a lustrous shine, and a chewy texture. The candying process replaces the water naturally held within a fruit with sugar syrup. The beautiful, yellow jewel-toned candied strips are a great addition to fillings, as a garnish, or dipped in chocolate.
