This Shun Kanso Utility Knife is tailored for in-between tasks—tasks that are too big for a paring knife, and too small to complete with a chef’s knife.
It measures 6 inches long and has hand-sharpened 16° double-bevel blade (32° comprehensive).
This knife is made of high-carbon, vanadium stainless steel and contoured tagayasan or wenge wood.
